[Teacher Dude's Grill and BBQ] the wiki so far: Actually, I as loaded it from my ibook onto her mobile phone, which can play mp3s it suddenly occurred to me that this same phone could be used to create a similar podcast (with photos) about Thessaloniki.I know that Ive mentioned this idea before in previous posts but I could now see how such a project could be done with equipment that many of my students carry with them, a mobile phone and then be transferred effortlessly to a PC where it could be turned into a podcast using readily available programmes which can either be download free from the internet or come with Windows as standard.
[General Disarray] An entirely new Odeo: First off, it’s really no longer necessary to download podcasts directly to the hard drive, since they’ve basically perfected Flash-based playing and recording[*]. So rather than being subscribing to the podcast in iTunes and messing with automatic downloading, deleting, etc., you can just keep an eye on your Odeo inbox (you can subscribe to the feed if you want) and listen to everything online.

[Linuxuser.thepodcastnetwork.com] ThePodcastNetwork :: The GNU/Linux User Show: idea to write a book about Podcasting in the GNU/Linux community. I don’t know much, but I figure by now I know as much as anyone else (well, except for Linc, Dan, Pat, and Allen) about this crazy podcasting thing so it’s time to immortalize some of it (the knowledge that is).
[Speedofcreativity.org] Moving at the Speed of Creativity: There are many other fantastic educators featured on the showcase page, including one of my favorite podcasting teachers, Eric Langhorst of Liberty, Missouri, who produces the superb “Talking of History” podcast.
