DV Guru: Clearsonic products, which are typically used as instrument shields or sound baffles, recently caught the ear of podcaster Scott Bourne, who wholeheartedly recommended them at the recent Podcast and Portable Media Expo. Bourne, a regular on the This Week in Media podcast uses 4 panels as a makeshift home recording studio. (via Cosmos)
nSight Productions - Home: Seems like the techPhile podcast is so hot and bleeding edge that it's been crashing 5th gen iPod's with the latest firmware installed. Okay so that's not the real truth, i wish it was, but there are much more serious forces at play here. (via Cosmos)
Steven's Notebook: Connections are always interesting, and the next book I'm starting is in it's own way connected. Recommended by Alex Lindsay (or was it Emery Wells? (via Cosmos)

[Leoville.vox.com] LOL: The Life of Leo: This is all part of my transition from mainstream media maven to obscure Wikipedia entry. Writing books is hard work and, love starved groupies aside, the compensations are scant.
[Whatis.techtarget.com] Buzzword Alert: October 11, 2006: Google’s stated goal with Code Search is to “provide a useful resource for developers and help increase collaboration within the developer community.” Google maintains a blog with news and developments regarding the tool and a FAQ for developers would want to keep their code from being crawled.
[Nontrivialexercises.com] Nontrivial Exercises: Scott writes the TimedFinals swimming blog, which he started in February, where he shares his insights and commentary about swimming, as well as some great interviews with great swimmers. Scott is a silver medalist from the 2000 games in Sydney and a gold medalist in Athens, and has already shown his interviewing talent on the Speedo podcast and a couple of his own on his blog.
[http://farbelow.net] Lotsa TWiT and a lil TWiM: I have been a fan of Leo since he was on the much missed TechTV, where he hosted two shows, my favorite of which was The Screen Savers. Leo still hosts Call For Help on G4 TechTV in Canada. He does a great job making technology fun, understandable and amazingly I always learn something!
