[Blog.wired.com] Listening Post: The simple stereo auxiliary input, available in a few aftermarket car stereos and, evidently, one particular Chevy Impala from the Jacksonville National Car Rental, supports any portable audio player (including most music cellphones and satellite radio receivers). I'd highly recommend it, whether you're renting, buying, or replacing a car stereo -- even for iPod owners, because it's never a good idea to get locked into a proprietary interface.
