[Beth's Blog] On most mornings, I try to get my exercise done in the morning, a five mile run or spinning. Just so it doesn't get boring, I take my Ipod along and listen to music or podcasts.

Businessweek.comhttp://www.businessweek.com [Businessweek.com] Does Apple's Video iPod Kill Podcasting?: I was chatting with someone from an advertising agency yesterday about Apple's new video iPod and then we got onto the subject of podcasting and the ad guy said, well, do you think you'll reconsider doing stories on podcasting? And that got me to thinking. Because basically he's asking, now that mobile video is starting to take off with this big kick in the pants from Apple, will people still want mobile audio?

What's significant is that now podcasts are aggregated in one convenient place, iTunes, and that there is a mass market of tens of millions of iPod and iTunes users that will soon rival the reach of the U.S. television broadcast market.
