WashingtonPost.com Now Video Podcasting

Blogging from the Alley[Blogging from the Alley] The Washington Post announced recently that they have decided to start producing a video podcast. They have produced one episode already and in it the columnist Rob Pegoraro gives a demo of the new iPod video and some of its features and limitations.

Podcast Interview with Alexander Kirk (Blummy, Bandnews)

(Interestingly, I was incorrect to guess it uses XHR - basically, the Blummy is like a Greasemonkey script - it uses DOM manipulation to alter the page you’re on, building up the container of all the Blummlets, and interacts with other sites using standard HTTP requests.)

[Mine Blogging] But when I was digging around my PC this morning, trying to reduce the memory footprint of the system, I discovered that my laptop Wi-Fi adapter already support WPA-PSK security. So I went ahead and changed the router and laptop settings, and it works!

podcast-protest: CBC get it together

http://dosemagazine.blogsome.com [dose] Maybe the CBC will try to sue me, in which case, perhaps they will cover the issue on the CBC, bringing attention to the fact that CBC is lagging sadly, and not fulfilling its mandate of providing me Canadian content when I want it. And maybe they’ll start podcasting some of the great content they have that’s trapped in some timeslot I missed.
